The annual 7-12 Summer Weights and Fitness Kickoff is 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 12 at the stadium. If there is inclement weather, the event will be held in the weight room. The kickoff is a great opportunity for students and parents to come meet coaches, get schedules, and see some of the activities athletes do at summer weights and fitness. There will be 2022 high school football and middle school football player and parent meetings immediately after the kickoff as well.

Start date Monday, June 6
Two HS sessions: 6:10-7:15 a.m. and 7:15-8:20 a.m.
One MS session: 8:20-9:25 a.m.
Mondays and Thursdays are in the weight room, Tuesdays are at the track (if it’s a two day week, both days are at the weight room).
HS days off: July 4, 5, 7, 28, and August 1.
MS days off: July 4, 5, 7, 28, and August 1, 2, 4
