OCHS football heads south tomorrow to take on the Caney Valley Bullpups in the sectional round of the Class 2A playoffs. Only eight teams remain in Class 2A, so the winner of this game will advance to the final four! Osage City has never advanced past the sectional round, so we hope to see a big crowd make the trip south to support the team.
*Field Location: 100 W. 9th Ave, Caney, KS 67333
*Parking information: There is a visitor parking lot on the southeast side of the stadium and a visitor entrance in that southeast corner. This will be a much shorter walk than parking elsewhere.
*Admission: $8 for adults and $6 for K-12 students (no passes and no family cap)
*Livestream: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCn20LNddZRb-5b3pdg82RLA (If this doesn't work, go to youtube.com and search Pup Nation)

USD 420 Osage City honored local veterans with a free lunch in the school cafeteria. The luncheon was a small gesture to celebrate our veterans and ensure they know their service is never forgotten. Mrs. DeLong, our elementary music director, and the fifth-grade students serenaded veterans during the luncheon. Thank you to all of our veterans! Happy Veterans Day!

Senior Emory Speece medaled in 18th place today at the KSHSAA 3A state cross country meet! Emory is a 3 time state XC medalist, and is in rare company as a HS athlete. She has qualified for state in 4 different sports (XC, VB, BB, and track). Congratulations Emory, and good luck with the rest of your senior year!
