Congratulations to Hadley Bosse, a fifth-grade student at Osage City Elementary School! She was a district winner of the 5th Grade Arbor Day Poster Contest in Kansas. Hadley's poster is displayed at the Osage City Elementary Library. Hadley received her poster in a beautiful frame, an engraved Stanley tumbler, and a t-shirt from the Kansas Forest Service. Great work, Hadley!

And congratulations to Peyton Pitts and Emory Speece for making the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association's All-Academic Team!

Also, for those who plan on going to the track meet today, please read this information from Jayhawk Linn regarding 52 Hwy.
"We have 52 Hwy closed less than a 1/4 mile west of the school, so drivers can come all the way to Montgomery road and take a left and come around the short loop and enter the parking lot from the east."
I've attached a map that shows the detour.

Congratulations to several 5th-grade students and Mr. Tice, PE teacher at Osage City Elementary School! The students raised over $2000 for the American Heart Association. Students who earned $100 or more got to Pie A Teacher for every $100 earn for AHA. The school held an assembly for Pie A Teacher last Friday. Thank you to the teachers for being such good sports! Great work, 5th-grade students and Mr. Tice!
